教你做麻辣小龙虾,不需要太多配料,一包火锅底料就搞定,味道好前段时间懒哥跟大家分享了一道麻辣小龙虾的做法,今天懒哥再跟大家分享懒人版的香辣小龙虾的做法,直接用火锅底料做,味道非常得棒,喜欢吃小龙虾却不会做的朋友们可以试试。
用料:
小龙虾,火锅底料,洋葱,青椒,红干辣椒,水,水淀粉,油。
做法:
洋葱切小块,青椒切滚刀块备用。
勤快的人处理小龙虾,首先把小龙虾的虾须剪掉,再剪掉虾头最前端部位,挑出虾头内部的沙袋,剪开头部两边的壳儿,去掉虾腮,最后用刷子把虾刷洗干净。
懒人的做法,直接把小龙虾刷刷干净,然后啥也不用去。
锅内倒油,油烧至7成热的时候,下小龙虾炸。
炸至虾壳儿变红后出锅,沥油。
龙虾全部炸好后,倒出多余油分,留底油就可以。把红干辣椒和切好的洋葱块下锅炒。
放入一小半的火锅底料,加适量的清水煮。
煮至锅内的水烧开, 倒入刚才炸好的小龙虾,让小龙虾在汤汁中炖煮一会儿,让其充分吸收汤汁。
最后放入切好的青椒块,炒匀,再煮2、3分钟,淋入适量的水淀粉出锅。
小贴士:
煮小龙虾的水也可以换做啤酒。
火锅底料里面有盐和香料的成分,所以就不要再加盐和香料了。
不少人在做小龙虾的时候,喜欢虾线先去掉,再煮;其实这根虾线更好在吃的时候去掉,否则虾肉容易老。
